Whether it’s cookies\, cakes\, pies\, or pastries\, all entries are welcome. A panel of judges will sample the sweet (and savory) creations and select the top three entries\, as well as crown one grand prize winner who rises above the rest. \nThis event is a celebration of homemade goodness and hometown talent. So dust off your recipe cards\, preheat those ovens\, and prepare to impress! Whether you’re entering or just stopping by to see (and smell) the delicious competition\, the Baking Contest is sure to delight.

SUMMARY:Food Booths Open
DESCRIPTION:Come hungry to State Line Heritage Days and enjoy one of the best parts of any festival: the food! From classic festival favorites to local specialties\, sweet treats\, cold drinks\, and community booth favorites\, the food booths are a must-stop during your visit. \nThe 2026 festival runs Wednesday\, July 29 through Saturday\, August 1\, 2026\, with food booths located on Pearl and Howard Streets in the Artisan Park area. Food booths are scheduled to be open from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM each festival day\, with some booths also choosing to be open Saturday afternoon. \nWhether you are grabbing dinner before the evening entertainment\, picking up a snack while walking through the festival\, or making a night of sampling different booths with family and friends\, there will be plenty to enjoy.
